The D'Olival and Azeite D'Ouro Interpretative Center begins to promote olive oil

This was the first of many initiatives at the D'Olival Olive Oil Interpretive Center with producers, dedicated to the appreciation and qualification of olive oil.

The start of activities with producers, who are the very essence of this interpretive center, in addition to showing visitors the processes involved in olive oil production, marks a significant step for the sector.

This cooperation with the Alijó city hall and the Azeite D'Ouro Producers Association is already bearing fruit and exceeding expectations.

This initiative was led by Francisco Pavão, who shared strategies for developing and enhancing the sector in the region, adapted to the existing olive oil and production profile.

These initiatives reinforce the "...commitment to indigenous products and the training of their producers, underpinning a development strategy based on identity and quality."

A good example for the industry, one we can only praise and congratulate.
