Tenaz: Mirandela Tasted

The TENAZ festival was held in Mirandela on August 29th and 30th and stood out for its gastronomic innovation, inviting eight renowned chefs, such as Rui Paula, Óscar Geadas, Eurico Castro and Vítor Matos, to reinterpret local products such as Mirandela sausage, goat, Churra Badana lamb, honey, Transmontano goat cheese and olive oil, in finger food format.

The event took place at Estação das Artes, extending through the city streets and participating restaurants, providing creative tastings and moments of sharing between the community, producers and visitors. expresso+3
