The entailed estate comes from a natural descent of the first women in the family, in a lineage spanning five consecutive generations.

It has centuries-old olive trees, some dating back to the beginning of its operation in 1148.

Olive Oil Development

Initial production encompasses the planting of 21 hectares of olive trees, with expectations to increase to 40 hectares.

The goal is to create a "gourmet" olive oil, targeting restaurants and chefs who value differentiated products.

Production and Partnerships

The Quinta has a long tradition of cultivating vineyards and olive groves, with some olive trees dating back centuries.

The aim is to increase production and seek partnerships with other producers in the region to meet the growing demand.
