An 8.6 km circular trail of easy difficulty, starting and finishing at the information panel at the junction of the EN314 and EM582, with a view of Brunheda Station. The trail heads towards the village of Porrais, where you can visit its chapel dedicated to Santa Bárbara and the Quinta de Porrais agricultural estate. Leaving Porrais, it follows the left bank of the River Tinhela almost to its mouth, passing the Tinhela hot springs — recommended for treating skin, rheumatic, respiratory and digestive conditions. The trail lies within the Tinhela River Micro-reserve, where woodlands, riparian galleries and aquatic habitats can be appreciated. Part of the PNRVT. FCMP certified.
