A 9.6 km circular trail of moderately difficult grade, estimated at 3h45, starting and finishing at the Castanheiro do Norte and Ribalonga parish council. The trail passes the Olhos do Tua viewpoint, with a privileged view over the Tua valley and river. It descends towards the river, entering the Castanheiro–Ribalonga Micro-reserve, where wild chestnut groves can be observed. Climbing towards Tralhariz, cork oak and holm oak woodland, juniper and an old fig-drying oven appear. From Tralhariz, the trail leads to the Ermida do Souto, with the parish church dedicated to São Brás, the Chapel and viewpoint of Senhor da Boa Morte. Difficulty graded using the MIDE method.
