A 4.9 km circular trail of easy difficulty, starting and finishing at Largo dos Alvaredos in Vila Verde. In the village centre, the trail offers a side path to a fountain and water tanks. Leaving the village, it heads to the Forno dos Mouros, near the Ribeira de Monim, continues to the Castro da Cerca — a settlement possibly from the Iron Age, overlooking the Asca stream, where a Roman road may have once passed — and returns to the starting point crossing the Ribeira de Monim again.
