A 14 km circular trail of moderately difficult grade, estimated at 4h30, starting and finishing at the football pitch near the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora dos Aflitos in Pegarinhos. The trail links the villages of Pegarinhos, Castorigo and Vale de Mir, crossing the wine-growing and olive-producing landscape of the UNESCO Alto Douro World Heritage Site. It features three side trails to Nossa Senhora dos Aflitos, Botelhinha and Fraga Oca da Urreta. FCMP certified. Part of the Alijó Walking Trails Festival.
