A 10 km circular trail of easy to moderate difficulty, starting and finishing at the Jardim das Laranjeiras in São Mamede de Ribatua. The trail heads towards the village of Safres, passing along sections of Roman road. In Safres, the landscape over the River Tua and the Amieiro–Safres–São Mamede de Ribatua Micro-reserve stands out. On the return, the trail approaches the River Tua, with views of the orange trees of São Mamede de Ribatua interspersed with cork oaks and olive trees. From the viewpoint, the imposing Fragas Más rock formations can be contemplated. Before reaching São Mamede de Ribatua, the route crosses the Ribeira de S. Mamede via a Roman bridge.
