An 11.1 km circular trail of moderately difficult grade, starting and finishing at the information panel at the parish council of Barcel, Marmelos and Valverde da Gestosa. The trail crosses Serra do Cubo, with breathtaking views over Fraga da Cristina and Fragas Altas (Fraga da Cristina viewpoint), and unforgettable panoramas over the River Tua and the rolling landscapes of the region (Canal viewpoint). The route descends towards the River Tua, crossing the Alto Tua Micro-reserve, a unique biodiversity refuge. Before returning, you can appreciate the Fraga Velha viewpoint, a strategic spot to contemplate the serenity of the River Tua and its valley.
