A 5.7 km circular trail of easy difficulty, estimated at 1h45, starting and finishing at the Museu da Memória Rural in Vilarinho da Castanheira. It shares an initial section with the PR7 'Trilho do Miradouro da Cova Escura', heading towards Fonte da Bicuda and then to the traditional watermills of Ribeiro do Coito. Along the route, several traditional milling structures can be observed — water channels, weirs, bread ovens, hay barns, dovecotes and dwellings — bearing witness to the traditional way of life of this community until the late 20th century.
