An 8.5 km circular trail of moderate difficulty, starting and finishing at the information panel in the village of Bagueixe. In the village, the parish church and plunge fountain stand out. The route follows a side trail along the Ribeira da Frieira towards the Moinho das Olgas — a restored community watermill still powered by water to grind cereals for local farmers. The short route returns and follows another side trail towards the Chapel of S. Paio, returning to the village through diverse farming and pastoral fields.
