São João da Pesqueira
A 25 km circular trail of difficult grade, starting and finishing near the parish council of Ervedosa do Douro. The route consists of two circuits meeting in a figure-of-eight, which can be completed in two stages. The longer stage (approx. 17 km) starts from Ervedosa do Douro, passes Quinta de Valdormir and descends through vineyards to the River Douro, offering stunning views of the river and its vineyard-covered slopes — Quinta da Gricha, Quinta de Vila Velha and Quinta de Roriz. It follows the southern bank of the Douro towards Foz, passing Quinta de S. José, before climbing to Furada and returning to Ervedosa do Douro via the Agricultural Cooperative.
