A 7.8 km circular trail starting and finishing in Refoios, to be walked anticlockwise. The Church of Refoios, a baroque 18th-century building with a triple bell tower, is a highlight. The trail follows the western slopes of Serra da Nogueira (average altitude approx. 700 m), on the border with the Vinhais municipality.
