Mogadouro section of the GR36, a 26.8 km linear route through the Douro Internacional Natural Park. It crosses the villages of Urros, Bemposta, Lamoso, Algosinho, Ventozelo, Vilarinho dos Galegos and Bruco. A variant GR36.1 links Algosinho to Vilarinho dos Galegos via Peredo da Bemposta (17.7 km), with privileged views over the Douro cliffs. The full GR36 extends 176.40 km, crossing Miranda do Douro, Mogadouro, Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Torre de Moncorvo. Source: CM Mogadouro / RNPP.
