An 11.3 km circular trail in Serra da Nogueira, in the parishes of Carrazedo and Zoio. With only 185 m of elevation gain, there are no major altitude differences. The trail starts in Carrazedo, facing the church, at 835 m altitude. It crosses areas of Pyrenean oak and holm oak woodland — the latter testifying to Mediterranean influence in the northeast — with great diversity of orchids in spring.
