What can you see?
Natura 2000 Network Exhibition Center
In PINTA's permanent exhibition, visitors can follow a tour that will allow them to explore the various aspects of the Natura 2000 Network. The interpretive structure is divided into several panels: "The Cliffs," "The Slopes of the Sabor River," "The Marshes," "The Forest," "The Rivers," "The Crops," and "The Villages and Their People."
Center for Recreational and Pedagogical Activities (CALP) of Burro de Miranda
The Miranda Donkey CALP, promoted by AEPGA – Association for the Study and Protection of Donkey Livestock, is part of PINTA and aims to promote biodiversity conservation – specifically domestic biodiversity and the indigenous Miranda donkey breed, the Miranda Donkey –, to raise awareness of the benefits of using donkeys in therapeutic processes (asinomediation and asinotherapy), and to encourage walks or hikes with donkeys so that visitors can expand their knowledge and understand – in a more playful and interactive way – how AEPGA contributes to the conservation of the Miranda Donkey.

Iberian Wolf School (ELI)
Due to its geographic and natural characteristics, the region where PINTA is located is one of the richest in terms of Iberian wolf populations in Portugal, including the Outeiro/Pinelo and Avelanoso packs.
The Iberian Wolf School (ELI), located at Vale de Frades Primary School, is an educational and informative space that provides an understanding of the importance of the Iberian wolf, its behaviors, and the historical relationship between humans and wolves.
Biodiversity Station (EBIO)
The Serapicos Biodiversity Station (EBIO) consists of an interpretive and interactive trail with a particular focus on butterflies and dragonflies, whose diversity within the PINTA area is also considerable. The Serapicos Biodiversity Station will be a short pedestrian trail, marked on the ground by nine information panels detailing the biological riches (with particular interest in the presence of butterflies and dragonflies) for visitors to observe.
Astronomy Observatory
It allows stargazing and raises awareness about the importance of reducing light pollution for ecosystems. It also features an educational space on astronomy, and the goal is to eventually achieve Starlight certification. The Dark Sky seal attests to the quality of the sky, ensuring that there is no light pollution and that observation can be conducted in the best possible conditions.
