The art of cheese making is back at the Rural Memory Museum, with the Artisanal Cheese Workshop, at the end of March, March 30th at 3 pm. The activity aims to promote the practice of making artisanal cheese, which is very common in the rural communities of Trás-os-Montes.

About the event
The art of cheese making is back at the Rural Memory Museum, with the Artisanal Cheese Workshop, at the end of March, March 30th at 3 pm. The activity aims to promote the practice of making artisanal cheese, which is very common in the rural communities of Trás-os-Montes.
The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to learn how cheese is made and taste some products obtained from sheep's milk, such as curd, whey and cottage cheese. The activity is promoted by the Municipal Council of Carrazeda de Ansiães and is free of charge and is aimed at all age groups.
