About the event
The Foz Tua Wine and Flavors Festival takes place on June 26th and 27th in Foz Tua, in the municipality of Carrazeda de Ansiães. This initiative by the municipality aims to promote local wines and products, showcasing the enogastronomic identity of the region.
The program includes guided tastings, showcookings, concerts, DJ sets, food stalls, a regional products market, and wine tourism activities.
The presence of guest chefs adds prestige and visibility to the event, reinforcing the connection between gastronomy and the region and highlighting the focus on signature cuisine and the appreciation of the flavors of Trás-os-Montes.
On Friday, Chef David Félix, DJ Rebelo, Undercovers, and DJ Xanow will perform; on Saturday, showcookings with Óscar Geadas and António Gonçalves are planned, in addition to performances by DJ Cherby, Berg, and DJ Piri del Mar.
