Festa da Cereja & Co, Alfândega da Fé

The Cherry & Co. Festival returns to Alfândega da Fé from June 5th to 7th, 2026, establishing itself as one of the largest gastronomic tourism and agricultural promotion events in Trás-os-Montes. For three days, the municipality transforms into a meeting point for regional flavors, culture, music, and experiences linked to the rural world, celebrating one of the region's most emblematic products: the Alfândega da Fé Cherry.

Recognized for its quality, flavor, and tradition, the local cherry takes center stage at an event that brings together producers, regional gastronomy, crafts, showcookings, and dozens of exhibitors of local products. The festival also comes at an important moment for the territory, marked by the European recognition process of the PGI — Protected Geographical Indication — of the Alfândega da Fé Cherry, reinforcing the agricultural identity and notoriety of this Transmontane product.
