About the event
As part of the Alma do Azeite Programme, the Association of Producers in Integrated Protection of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro and the Bragança Higher Agricultural School, in partnership with the Mirandela City Council and the Olive and Olive Oil Museum, invite you to participate in two courses:
- Introduction to Olive Oil Tasting | February 1st;
- Improvement of Olive Oil Testing | March 2.
The main objective of this action is to introduce participants to the sensory analysis of olive oil, especially with regard to knowledge of positive and negative attributes, as well as to continue and deepen knowledge acquired in previous training, and to transmit knowledge about the olive oils available in the region and in the country.
