Alicaça – Hunter's Festival

The Alicaça – Hunter's Festival returns to Vila Verde, in the municipality of Alijó, on May 16th and 17th, 2026, establishing itself as a benchmark event in hunting tourism and the promotion of Trás-os-Montes traditions.

Integrated into the dynamics of the Municipal Hunting Zone, this initiative invites visitors to discover rural culture through hunting trials, dog demonstrations, equestrian activities, and typical regional social gatherings.

Over two days, the program combines authentic experiences with musical entertainment, local gastronomy, and activities for the whole family, providing an immersion in the natural and cultural heritage of the territory.
