Welcome to G
"A restaurant where the combination of creativity and the harmonious flavors of products from Trás-os-Montes challenges the palates of locals and visitors alike.
A surprising experience!"
Oscar Geadas, Chef, G Pousada Rest.
Concept
With a predominance of naturalistic cuisine and a strong traditional component, G seeks to showcase the best that can be made with everything that can be easily found in the Trás-os-Montes region.
Our philosophy is based on a principle of proximity to the producer, thus seeking to better understand the product, in a perfect symbiosis, combining the best products with "savoir faire".
In a continuous process of research and evolution, we pay special attention to highlighting regional producers and products.
"A refined cuisine. Worth a visit!"
"If you haven't yet experienced the modern cuisine of Trás-os-Montes, the "wonderful kingdom" extolled by the illustrious writer Miguel Torga, you shouldn't miss this restaurant."
